All orders are despatched using tracked services.

A tracking link will be sent to your registered email address upon collection from our warehouse facility by the relevant courier service.

Also, if you have provided us with a mobile number, a text will be sent to this device with the tracking details.

Christmas 22 orders.

Orders placed from 8th November 22, can be returned for refund no later than 20th January 23.

 
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

I have received a faulty item or the item has become faulty.

Please treat this voucher as cash. Ruby Shoo will not accept any liability for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers.

Gift Vouchers are not refundable.
