RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS
UK Returns
To return a mainland UK item via our paid for service, please email rubyshoo@yahoo.com with your order number and you will be issued with an evri label. You will need to drop this to your local evri drop off. You are welcome to use any other returns service that you wish but this would be at your own expense. In this climate of rising costs we are working hard to keep the free delivery and returns (many other retailers have stopped this altogether) and this is the most cost effective way of doing this.

Please return via your preferred method to the below address. We strongly recommend using an insured tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns. Please ensure you write returned goods on any customs paperwork

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned:
● Items not packed in their original packaging.
● Items that have been worn.
● Items that were not purchased from http://www.rubyshoo.com.
● Items that are not as originally sold. (i.e. Missing parts, damaged)
● Any items not sent within the 30 day returns window.
● Gift Cards.
● Gift Cards.

Proof of postage should also be obtained to protect against loss in transit. Please ensure you write returned goods on the customs paperwork
Once received, checked and booked back in to our warehouse a full refund of the purchase price of the items will be refunded to the payment method attached to the order.
